Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

 We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned That's why we offer returns and refunds for specific items under the following conditions:

 Defective Products: If the product received is defective.

 Incorrect Orders: If the product received is not what was ordered.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To request a return and refund, customers must follow these guidelines: Contact Casa Liivia customer care within 2 days of receiving the order, provide a detailed description of the issue, and include photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
